Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Start a Return
Contact shop@pearlclouds.co to initiate a return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to secure a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

Final Sale
Final sale items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please email shop@pearlclouds.co with a photo of the issue. 

Additional Notes
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.
