Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from Miami, Florida.
Processing
Orders are processed daily and typically ship within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends are prepared but ship the next business day. During peak periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly extended.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to update or cancel an order? Contact shop@pearlclouds.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping Options
We ship using USPS and FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and service level selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch for select orders.
- Delivery timelines are estimates based on USPS and FedEx transit windows and may vary depending on carrier operations and destination.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $50. No code required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Changes
We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Pearl Clouds is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed off to USPS or FedEx.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Carrier tracking may occasionally mark a package as “Delivered” before it has physically arrived. In many cases, the shipment is delivered within the following 1–4 business days.
- If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management.
- If your package has not been located after 4 business days, please contact us at shop@pearlclouds.co and we’ll assist in reviewing the shipment.
- If a package remains missing after delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS or FedEx, as they are responsible for final delivery.
- If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out and we will help initiate an investigation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
