The straw keeps coming off. It doesn’t stay one place. I reached out to the brand owner on Instagram n I recvd no responses. I can’t suck out drink from the rubber straw. I regret purchasing this to be honest
Hi Ugochukwu, we followed up with you directly and worked through the issue together, including providing setup guidance and sending you a replacement part. You’ve since let us know that you’ll continue using your tumbler and will reach out if you experience any further issues. We’re always here to support our customers and are glad we were able to work through this with you. ☁️

I Love my Nova ! But only 2 weeks and my lid closer won’t stay snapped in place . Hand washed let, Air Dry … not sure but it also isn’t convenient for car transport , it fell over and liquid spilled out .
Really cute but it has its Querks
Hi Johanna, we’re sorry the Nova didn’t work out for you. We’ve already been in touch and have started your return. Once we receive the tumbler, we’ll also inspect the lid to better understand what may have caused the issue.
The Nova has a wider base by design, so it may not fit some standard car cup holders. We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback with us, and we’re glad to hear you still loved the design.

It is very nice but instructions on how to put the straw together would have helped. I found out after googling I had the straw upside down. lol. The colors on the cup are not as bright and colorful as the pictures. The cup itself holds a good amount and the big handle is great!
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're so glad you're enjoying the cup, especially the generous size and oversized handle! We completely agree that clearer straw instructions would make for a better experience, and we're already working on updating our inserts with more detailed guidance.

Super cute. Its a great weight and feels good in my hand. The only thing I dont like is the silicone straw, but I personally LOATHE silicone straws. I also wish it came with a straw cap. Ive been drinking water from it for about 3 hours currently. The ice is still in the cup. Despite the straw and lack of straw covering, I’m still giving it 5 stars
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! 💫 We completely understand that silicone straws aren't everyone's preference. We're so happy to hear you're enjoying the feel of the tumbler and that it's keeping your water ice cold for hours. We also appreciate the suggestion about a straw cap and will definitely keep it in mind as we continue to grow our collection.
